The auction for the 2024 edition of the Lanka Premier League has been completed, and the squads of all five teams have been finalized. In LPL 2024, nine Pakistani stars have been picked. Let’s take a look at these nine Pakistani players and the amounts for which they were picked.

All-rounder Agha Salman and fast bowler Mohammad Ali were bought by B-Love Kandy for US$10,000 each (28 Lac rupees each).

Mohammad Wasim Jr. was signed by the Colombo Strikers for US$20,000 (56 Lac rupees).

PSL 9 star player Haider Ali received a contract worth US$25,000 (70 Lac rupees) and will be part of the Dambulla Thunders squad in LPL 2024.

B-Love Kandy added speedster Mohammad Hasnain to their lineup for US$30,000 (84 Lac rupees).

Hard-hitting batters Azam Khan and Iftikhar Ahmed will also be in action in LPL 2024. Both players were awarded hefty sums of US$50,000 each (1 crore 40 Lac rupees each). Azam Khan will play for B-Love Kandy, while Iftikhar Ahmed will don the Dambulla Thunders jersey.

Mohammad Haris and Shadab Khan were picked before the auction, and their prices were not disclosed. However, they are most likely the most expensive Pakistani players in the league. Wicketkeeper-batter Mohammad Haris will play for B-Love Kandy, and Shadab Khan will be part of the Colombo Strikers.

It is noteworthy that Mohammad Haris was also part of B-Love Kandy last year. This year, B-Love Kandy will be defending their title.
